Pat Mellen, an attorney with the law office that filed the NEPA lawsuit to halt US Fish and Wildlife from commencing construction at Rocky Flats until FWS complies with federal law and provides updated sampling to prove the site is safe, will speak about the current status of the lawsuit. People will have time to share their stories and also learn about our upcoming Rocky Flats Rally at the State Capitol on Saturday, September 30th.
